Data Protection & Privacy
Privacy Policy
How we manage, store, and protect your information
Last Updated: June 3, 2026 1. Our Privacy Philosophy
At Mindrative Intelligence, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and transparency. Our core philosophy is built on minimal data collection, zero monetization of user profiles, and no cross-site behavior tracking. We do not sell, rent, or lease your analytical queries or workspace portfolio choices to any external entity.
2. Secure Hybrid Architecture & Data Storage
Unlike basic localized services, our quantitative terminal utilizes a secure hybrid architecture to process your analytical models and provide persistent multi-session functionalities. To deliver customized statistical analysis and portfolio historical modeling, data is managed as follows:
- Authentication Metadata: When you authenticate via our single sign-on (SSO) identity partner, the resulting validation token, user avatar URL, and username are cached directly within your local browser storage (
localStorage) to maintain active session state. - Sandbox Configurations: To enable persistent dashboards, cross-device synchronization, and advanced statistical optimizations, your selected asset symbols, relative portfolio weights, lookback windows, and quantitative sandboxes are securely transmitted and stored in our protected, encrypted backend databases.
- Calculated Return Series: Historical price series, covariances, and statistical metrics are processed dynamically. They do not persist permanently on our servers unless specifically required to sustain your active portfolio save-states.
3. Google API Services & User Data Disclosure
Our platform allows users to authenticate using Google Sign-In. In compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, we disclose the following details regarding our interaction with your Google user data:
- Data Accessed & Collected: When you sign in using Google, we access and collect your basic Google profile information, which includes your email address, full name, profile picture URL, and unique Google identifier. We do not access, request, or collect any other Google user data (such as Google Drive files, calendar entries, or contacts).
- Purpose & Data Usage:
- Authentication & Account Creation: We use your Google email address and unique identifier to authenticate your identity, create your Mindrative account, and secure your session.
- Profile Personalization: We use your name and profile picture URL to personalize your user experience and display your profile details in your workspace dashboard.
- Communication: We use your email address to send transactional emails and important service updates related to your account.
- Storage & Retention: To maintain your active session, your authentication metadata (validation token, user avatar URL, and username) is cached locally in your browser's
localStorage. For account and synchronization support, your basic account metadata (name and email address) is stored securely in our encrypted backend databases. We retain this data as long as your account remains active. You can request permanent erasure of this data at any time (see the "Instant Wipe" section below). - Sharing & Transfer: We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your Google user data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. Any transfer of Google user data is strictly limited to supporting the authentication and core functionality of the platform as described above, in alignment with Google's User Data Policy.
4. Third-Party Pipelines and Handshakes
To deliver robust institutional calculations and pre-computed statistical matrix files, the platform interacts with three generic, sandboxed touchpoints:
- Cloud Repositories: The terminal retrieves mathematically pre-computed statistical matrices dynamically across decentralized, secure cloud file networks using client-side cryptographic pathways.
- Charting Libraries: High-performance technical indicators are rendered using professional, sandbox-restricted charting frameworks. These visual tools may assign local browser cookies to cache user-selected interval formats, chart types, or custom layout styles.
- Anonymous Telemetry: We collect anonymous, aggregated telemetry (such as viewport configurations, general device categories, and browser interface speed) to continuously optimize our front-end rendering engines. These metrics are globally aggregated and completely stripped of any personal identifiers before analysis. No personally identifiable details are included in these performance tracking signals.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTY EXCLUSION:
While we employ industry-standard encryption protocols (in transit and at rest) to secure your stored asset symbols and portfolio configurations, you acknowledge that no transmission over the Internet or server storage system is completely secure. We assume absolutely no liability or legal responsibility for any technical damages, data leaks, security breaches, network transmission failures, or unauthorized database access. By utilizing this platform, you agree to transmit and store your non-sensitive quantitative configuration variables entirely at your own discretion and risk.
5. "Instant Wipe" Data Erasure
We respect your sovereign data rights and right to full data erasure under applicable international frameworks. Because we store configuration states in our databases to provide persistent, multi-session portfolio analysis, we provide an automated path to permanently purge your records. You can wipe all traces of your identity and quantitative analysis by:
- Clicking the "Logout" button inside the main quantitative sidebar, which flushes your active session states and clears browser
localStorage cache. - Utilizing the account termination or portfolio deletion utilities inside your workspace settings, which programmatically and permanently purges your stored symbols, weights, and configurations from our backend databases.
- Manually clearing your browser's site data, cookies, and local storage caches to fully flush any residual localized preferences.
6. Policy Revisions
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued use of our platform following these modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
